Ready-made PVC map hanging tube sets – practical, aesthetic and convenient
We offer ready-made PVC tube sets designed for easy, professional mounting without the need for specialised equipment. Each set is prepared to ensure quick, clean and secure installation.
These sets are particularly recommended for:
- urban planning offices,
- architectural studios,
- printing houses and graphic workshops that produce single copies of maps, posters, plans or presentation materials.
Ready-made PVC tube sets are the ideal solution when fast turnaround and small production volumes are essential, while still requiring a fully professional final appearance. This type of mounting works perfectly for standard formats as well as very large prints – up to 300 cm in length, making it an excellent choice for wall maps, banners and large project plans.
Mounted prints are easy to store, resistant to bending and look excellent during meetings, exhibitions or client presentations. We offer a wide range of tube end-cap colours, and for larger orders we can prepare sets in custom sizes and colour versions tailored to your individual requirements.
Step 1
- pre-cut tubes with holes for attaching the hanging cord,
- end caps for closing the tube ends,
- a cord for hanging the map or banner,
- a cardboard mounting strip,
- a hook-and-loop strap for securing the rolled-up map.
- a good-quality paper stapler.
Step 2
Using a paper stapler, attach the cardboard mounting strips to the top and bottom edges of the map. These strips prevent the map or banner from sliding out of the tubes — make sure they are securely fastened.
Step 3
Using a paper stapler, attach the hook-and-loop strap to the top edge on the back side of the map. The soft loop side should face upwards. After stapling, make sure the strap is securely fastened.
Step 4
Carefully slide the tube into the mounted map, holding both parts to prevent the map or banner from tearing or wrinkling during insertion.
Step 5
Insert the cord into the holes in the top hanging tube. The cord is secured in place by the metal clips, preventing it from slipping out. No additional locking elements are required.
