We offer a custom cutting service for Zip-Wire double loop binding wires from spools, cut to any length specified by the customer. This is an ideal solution for companies that require non-standard formats or produce in smaller quantities.

Finished wire sections can be packed in one of two ways – depending on the client’s preferences and production needs:

• Industrial packaging – wires cut to length are bundled together, wrapped in paper, and secured with a rubber band.
• Organized packaging – wires are neatly arranged on solid cardboard guides, separated with paper layers, and placed in corrugated cardboard boxes.

Our flexible packaging approach ensures that the wires are ready both for immediate use in production and for further distribution or storage.
