FERNIKO ZSZ-700 pneumatic Zip-Wire closing machine
The ZSZ-700 is a professional pneumatic machine designed for closing Zip-Wire double-loop binding on a working width of up to 700 mm. It supports the full range of wire diameters — from 3/16" to 1.25" — making it suitable for producing multi-page calendars, catalogues, notebooks and wire-bound pads.
Safe and ergonomic operation
The wire closing process is activated using a manual switch. During operation, the operator holds the block with one hand and activates the closing mechanism with the other. This design prevents accidental placement of hands under the closing beam, ensuring a high level of operator safety.
