The ZN2-700 and ZN2-1000 models are modern machines designed for applying poster straps (with hanger or without hanger) to poster calendars and single-sheet posters. We offer two versions adapted to different strap lengths:

• ZN2-700 – for straps up to 700 mm,
• ZN2-1000 – for straps up to 1000 mm.

The new construction, developed in 2013, represents a significant improvement compared to earlier models. The machines are equipped with an electro-optical safety system that protects the operator’s hands during operation. The system is fully maintenance-free and does not reduce productivity. Only certified electronic components are used, ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability.

An additional convenience is the LED light bar that gently illuminates the strap and the poster during binding. This gives the operator full control over correct positioning before closing.

It is also the only machine on the market factory-equipped to apply poster straps with two hangers — both wire and plastic.
