Zip-Wire binding solution

We manufacture Zip-Wire double loop binding wires in sizes ranging from 3/16" to 5/4" (1.25"), allowing for book blocks up to 29.9 mm thick. All our wires are made from high-quality low-carbon steel coated with durable nylon, ensuring long-lasting flexibility, smooth operation, and a premium appearance.

Since 2007, we have been using advanced spiral forming technology — our production is carried out on Kugler-Womako ProLoop machines, known as some of the fastest and most precise in the world. The installation of this equipment has significantly increased our production capacity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Machine park development:

• 2010 – introduction of 2:1 pitch wire sizes (5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1") – second ProLoop machine installed,
• 2012 – addition of the 5/4" size to our product range,
• Currently – production on 4 ProLoop machines and 3 Bielomatik P-4496 machines.

Thanks to this advanced infrastructure, we are now one of the leading double loop wire binding manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe.

Available Zip-Wire® packaging options:

• On spools – for automatic binding machines,
• Cut to length – customized to client specifications,
• Cut to standard lengths:
  • 34 loops (A4 size, 297 mm edge, 3:1 pitch),
  • 23 loops (A4 size, 297 mm edge, 2:1 pitch),
  packed 100 pcs per cardboard box.
