Plastic screw-in binding coils are a modern and highly functional solution for document binding, combining clean aesthetics with exceptional durability. We offer coils in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm, allowing you to bind materials with a thickness of up to 46 mm.

Perforation types

Our coils are produced in two standard punching pitches:

• 4:1 – 4 holes per inch (recommended for small and medium coil diameters),
• 3:1 – 3 holes per inch (used for larger coil diameters, typically from 25 mm upwards).

Thanks to their screw-in design, plastic coils do not require any specialised closing machines – they can be easily inserted by hand into properly punched documents.

Safe for children

Plastic binding coils have no sharp edges, are flexible, and highly resistant to cracking, which makes them an ideal solution for children’s materials such as notebooks, educational workbooks or preschool activity books.

Sizes and packaging:

We offer coils exclusively as ready-cut lengths, trimmed to the customer’s required size. The standard length is A4 (297 mm), but other formats are also available: A5, B5, 300 mm, 210 mm and more. The maximum length of a single coil section is 420 mm.

Cut coils are packed in durable cardboard shipping boxes, ensuring safe transport and convenient storage.
