Pre-cut Zip-Wire binding wires

Pre-cut wire sections are carefully arranged between two cardboard strips, preventing tangling and allowing for quick and easy handling during the binding process. Each set is packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes made of single-side coated board, which ensures both protection during transport and an attractive presentation of the product.

This packaging method is especially recommended for print shops and binderies working with smaller production runs – particularly in A4 and smaller formats. It is a convenient and cost-effective solution that helps maintain order at the workstation and improves workflow efficiency.

Standard wire lengths of 34 loops (3:1 pitch) and 23 loops (2:1 pitch) can be easily adjusted to fit specific formats using regular wire cutters. This allows fast and flexible production without the need to order multiple different wire lengths.

The table below shows the available sizes of pre-cut Zip-Wire® double loop binding wires for A4 format included in our regular product range. We can also supply pre-cut binding wires for A5 format upon request.
